1. Privacy of Information
Invitation Innovation understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not under any circumstance pass on any information obtained through this website (unless permission is directly granted).
2. Payment
Full payment for invitation products is required prior to processing. An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process, and payment can be made in the following ways:

Credit Card payment using PayPal online - just click on the icon and follow the prompts
Where a customer makes a purchase online, payments are processed using PayPal offering secure transactions. PayPal act as a third party and your credit card number is not passed on to us nor retain subsequent to the transaction at hand. 

3. Final Proof & Acceptance Procedures 
Invitation Innovation will provide a final proof to the customer for approval prior to printing and assembly of stationery. Invitation Innovation will make every effort to check and proof read the design thoroughly and make all necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will be, however, the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all design and content is correct and once approval is given, Invitation Innovation take no responsibility for mistakes resulting from the proof.

6. Guarantee
Invitation Innovation guarantees all workmanship. Replacement products will be processed and mailed within 5 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is deemed defective or suitably different to the final approved proof. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by Invitation Innovation.

7. Product Not Received
If an product is not received within an expected time frame, Invitation Innovation will endeavour to source information about the delivery. If the order is lost in the mailing process, Invitation Innovation will provide the replacement products at cost rate.

8. Responsibility to Supply
Invitation Innovation does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters etc.

9. Pricing
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
